ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for helping customers and building strong teams.
I earned my degree from University of Houston and am married, my husband is also part of the agency team. Outside of work, I’m a passionate advocate for animals and regularly foster and rescue pets. We even have an office dog, Luna, who helps make the office a fun and welcoming place to work.
Giving back to the community is very important to me. As a YMCA board member, I help support fundraising efforts for local children, including back-to-school backpack and school supply drives. I’m also actively involved with animal rescue organizations and enjoy supporting causes that make a difference in the lives of both people and animals.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brittaney Allen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
